He was predeceased by : his parents, Homer Hinders and Emma Hinders (Pax); his spouse Mercy Escobar; his siblings, John, Urban, Mary Rutledge (Richard) and Louise Hinders; and also Jean.
He is survived by : his adoptive son Juan Carlos Hinders; his sister Marita Pitstick (Gene); and his sister-in-law Doris Hinders. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
