She was predeceased by: her father Ronald Hilgefort; her husband Paul A. Forwerck; her son Justin Forwerck; and her granddaughter Destiny Sullivan. She is survived by: her mother Betty Hilgefort (Tumbusch) of Montezuma; her children, Dr. Jason D. Springer (Betsy) of Wolverine, Michigan, Amanda E. Springer (Jesse High) of Celina, Heather Sutter of Celina, Brett Forwerck (Angie) of Celina, Matt Forwerck (Jeanine) of Montezuma and Nick Forwerck of Columbus; and her sister Karen Cheeseman (Brad) of St. Marys. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cisco Funeral Home (6921 State Rte 703, Celina, OH 45822). A funeral service was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, September 6th 2025 at 1:00 PM.
