He was predeceased by: his parents, Armetha Hawk and Reid Hawk; his parents-in-law, Lowell and Alberta Figley; his siblings-in-law, Gloria Miller (Paul), Jim Blount and Dennis Figley (Paulette); and his niece Lora Lamm.
He is survived by: his wife Diana Hawk (Figley); his sister Beverly Blount (Hawk); his children, Julie Dicus (Hawk) and Wade Hawk; his nieces and nephews, Angie Blount, Tina Maharg, Shelly Dillion, Kim Figley, Rick Miller, Michael Miller, Dennis Figley Jr., Dan Figley and David Figley; his grandchildren, Kiel Hawk (Erin), Taylor Dicus, Megan Hawk and Paige Dicus; his great grandchildren, Noah, Ezra and Roman Hawk; and his pets, Oats, Finn and Cooper.
