He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Combs and Edna Combs (Brown); his brothers, Bob (Sally Combs), Eddie (Margaret Combs), Jim (Gayle Combs) and Phillip (Judy Wright); his siblings-in-law, Bob Miller, Gerald Walker, Iva Sheets, Bill White and Betty Walker; his stepmother Mildred Combs; and his parents-in-law, Francis and Amey Walker (Orahood).
He is survived by: his son Paul Combs of Celina; his grandchildren, Michael Combs and Carrie Combs; his siblings, Marian Smith of Greenville and Marvin Combs (Bonnie) of Eaton; and his sister-in-law Joanne White of Columbus.
