With sadness, we share the passing of Marie Schroyer of Celina, Ohio. Marie, born on October 27, 1936, passed away on July 21, 2026. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Homan and Catherine Homan (Wendel); her husband George Junior Schroyer; her brothers, Wilbur Homan (Mary Ann), Tony Homan, Ott Homan (Rita), Ernie Homan (Jeanette), Leon Homan and Ralph Homan; and her siblings-in-law, Mary Homan, Ron Barna, Ted Gentry, Paul Nininger and Rosalie Nininger.
She is survived by: her children, Dave Schroyer (Toni) of Celina, Mark Schroyer (Deb) of Coldwater, Craig Schroyer (Pam) of Mendon, Cindy Schatzer (Tom) of Rockford, Lisa Craft (Roger) of Covington and Tonya Merrick (Kenton) of Paddock Lake, Wisconsin; her siblings, Lavern Homan of Coldwater, Dan Homan (Linda) of Ohio City, Lucille Barna of Rockford and Margie Gentry of Celina; her grandchildren, Marcus, Jason, Jennifer, Brian, Jamie, Angie, Bryan, Drew, Adam, Ryan, Zach and Luke; and her sisters-in-law, Donna Homan of Coldwater, Barb Homan of Florida, Jane Boeckman of Coldwater and Judy Homan of Fort Recovery. She is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and friends.
