He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert T. Bullock and Patricia Ann Bullock Jr. (Jacobs); his son-in-law Brendan S. McKinney; and his brother Eric Matthew Bullock. He is survived by: his children, Brittany McKinney of Celina, Brooke Bullock (Xavis Billington) of Georgia, Brant Bullock (Erika) of Wapakoneta and Olivia Bullock of Fort Wayne, Indiana; and his siblings, Tom Schaffer (Anne) of St. Marys, Kevin Bullock (Judy) of Montezuma, Scott Bullock (Shelly) of Coldwater, Kellie Black (Bob) of Findlay and Chrissy Bullock of Cridersville. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Cisco Funeral Home (6921 State Rte 703, Celina, OH 45822). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
