He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Kathy Loretta Powell (Luma); his daughter Angel Buchheit (Matthew); his grandchildren, Chevy Cartwright (Clorissa), Josh Toler (BJ), Rex Buchheit, Elizabeth Pfeiffer, Cheyenne Pfeiffer and Shauna Weitz; his siblings, Dennis Powell (Jenny), Columbus, Larry Powell (Clancy), Celina, Lisa Kremer-Kennedy (Kevin), Lora Welman (Roger) and Sandi Feltz (Dan); his siblings-in-law, Bill Puthoff and Wanda Powell; his parents, Glenn Powell and Marie Powell (Froning); his son William Joseph Cartwright; his siblings, John Powell, Gene Powell, Brian Powell and Dorothy Puthoff; and his brother-in-law Jeff "Turk" Kremer.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM and on Sunday, October 19th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Cisco Funeral Home - Celina (6921 State Rte 703, Celina, OH 45822). A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Sunday, October 19th 2025 at 3:00 PM.
