He is survived by: his wife Kathy Perez of Celina; his sons, Shane Perez of Celina, Shawn Perez of Texas and Dusty Perez of Celina; his stepdaughters, Alissa Brookhart of Celina, Erika Cooper (Ron) of Florida and Brittany Thitoff (TJ) of Montezuma; his siblings, Juan Balderez, Max Perez, Eva Overman, Mary Madigan and Patsy Andrews; his siblings-in-law, Linda Stott, Laura Billger and Randy Burd; and his grandchildren, Alisha Derrick, Lea Perez, Callie Perez, Cody Perez, Layne, Ivy, Trent, Scarlett, Easton and Weston. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren.
