She was predeceased by: her father Chester L. Brown; her husband Robert "Bob" E. Highley; her daughter Susan K. Highley; her brother Dale Brown; her daughter-in-law Kathy Highley; and her brother-in-law Olen Bollenbacher.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Highley, Rebecca VanTilburg (Richard), Vickie Houts (Christopher), Michael Highley (Mary) and Diane Donovan (Randy); her sister Mary Anne Bollenbacher; and her siblings-in-law, Betty Powell (Jerry) and James Highley (Georgia). She is also survived by 13 grandchildren; 25 great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
