He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Chase and Amber Chase (Deaton); and his brothers, Earl and Lyle. He is survived by: his siblings, Carol Nuss (Gary), David (Pat), Fairbank and Tracy; and his sister-in-law Judy Chase. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
