With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phil LaRue of Celina, Ohio, who passed away on March 4, 2026 at the age of 84. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence "Shorty" LaRue and Beatrice LaRue (Huffman); and his brother Dennis LaRue. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Hines; his children, Becky Dues (Frank), Randy LaRue (Tami Pease), Jenny Bussanich (Tyron) and Kristy Brooks (Tim); and his grandchildren, Lisa Horn (Derk), Scott Dues (Trish), Jason Dues (Danielle), Thomas Dues (Kara), Christopher Dues (Kelsey), Larissa Albert (Zach), Kahl LaRue (Abby), Savannah Bussanich, Adelyn Bussanich and Wesley Brooks. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren, with one great-grandchild.

Memorial contributions may be made in Phil's honor to EverHeart Hospice, Grand Lake United Methodist Church, or Celina Gardens.
