He is survived by : his wife Rebecca Payne; his children, Ryan Payne (Abbey), Sean Payne (Melissa), Kory Payne (Natalie) and Kami Benoit (Bill); and his siblings, Jannifer Joel, Greg Payne (Terry), Catherine Koch and Randy Koch (Debbie). He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
