She is survived by : her mother Carol Kohler (Myers) of Sidney, OH; her daughter CyAn Kohler-Cereghin of St. Marys, OH; her grandchildren, DJ Ferguson and Dawson Ferguson; her sisters, Vicki Schnell of Celina, OH, Linda Kohler of St. Marys, OH and Angie MacConnell of Sidney, OH; and her friends, Tonya Cereghin and Brenda Fry (Campbell). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
