He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene E. Birt and Virginia E. Birt (Trisel); his daughter Lori Ann Mocross; and his sister Kathy Prater. He is survived by: his children, Angela Neeld of Cridersville and Sean Birt of Longview, Texas; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn, Logan, Austin and Dominic. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
