He was predeceased by: his father Anthony VonderHaar; his daughter Diane; his great grandchild Daniel Kleinhenz; and his parents-in-law, Pat Lies (John), Mary Alice Hinger and Betty Jo Hoyng.
He is survived by: his wife Joan VonderHaar (Hoyng); his children, Karen Kleinhenz (Mike) of Coldwater and Dave VonderHaar (Julie) of Crystal Lake, IL; his grandchildren, Stephen Kleinhenz (Lindsey), Erin Shealy (Phil), Gregory Kleinhenz, Will VonderHaar and Ava VonderHaar; his great grandchildren, Olivia, Michael, Octavia Kleinhenz, Graham and Isaac Shealy; and his parents-in-law, Tom Hoyng of Coldwater, Rev. William Hoyng of Cincinnati, Carthagena of Cincinnati, Jan Hoyng of Cincinnati and Joyce Forschner (Brian) of Cincinnati.
