He was predeceased by: his parents, Sylvester Triplett and Clarinda Triplett (Jacobs); his wife Gloria Perry; and his siblings, Gracie Jacobs, Mazie Slone, Corsby Thornsberry, Amos Triplett, Mary Slone, Irvin Triplett, Joy Donovan and Sid Triplett.
He is survived by: his children, Chris Chambers (Marc Hassan) of Celina and Matt Triplett (Jill) of Saint Marys; his grandchildren, Kyrsten Chambers, Reese Triplett, Bradey Triplett and Piper Triplett; and his siblings, Jerry Triplett, Annie Farley, Oliver Triplett and Jane Lewis.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be given to either the Alzheimer's Foundation or Celina Health Professional Adult Daycare.
