He is survived by: his sons, Ron Jacobs (Sandy) of Rockford and Dan Jacobs (Shayna) of Mendon; his grandchildren, Caleb Jacobs (Sarah), Faith Jacobs, Maddie Jacobs, Samantha Jacobs, Savannah Jacobs, Alexis Jacobs, Zach Jacobs, Jase Jacobs and Letti Dugan; his great grandchild Kolbie Jane Jacobs; his close friend Luke Vannette; and his siblings-in-law, Terry August of Celina, John, Gail Purdy of Palm Springs, CA, Jerry Purdy of Ft. Wayne, Mary Irish of Cincinnati and Barbara Jean Purdy of Celina.
