She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Gilliland and Lucille Gilliland (Schunck); and her sisters, Sherry Mireles and Margo Wynk. She is survived by: her husband Roger B. Samaniego; her children, Theodore "Ted" J. Samaniego (Annette), R. Tim Samaniego, Tracie Samaniego (Ramon Loera), Anitra Barnes, Denise Amador and Claire Samaniego; her grandchildren, Rachel, Nick, Ashley, Alicia, Christina, Roger, Kirsten, Caleb, Alexis, Evin, Asher, Zoey, Matt and Kevin; her brother-in-law Kenny Wynk; and her family, Lanna and Roger. She is also survived by 29 great-grandchildren.
