He was predeceased by: his parents, Harley Frederick and Mary Frederick (Eveland); and his siblings, Charles Frederick, John Frederick, Mary Ann Horton, Bob Frederick and Rebecca Meeker.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shadrach; his children, Lisa Barga (Charles), Jessica Aletras (Robin) of Sevierville, Tennessee, Kristina Frederick of Pigeon Forge, Tennessee, Chris Taylor (Amanda) of Saint Marys and Lila Cooper of New Haven, Indiana.; his siblings, Lila Shroyer of Wapak, Cheryl Huebner of Quaker City, Ohio, Harley Frederick, Jr. of Alberta Lee, Minnesota, Anna McMurray (Jim) of Saint Marys and Peg Davis (Elmer) of Saint Marys; and his son-in-law Andrew Cooper. He is also survived by his 12 grandchildren.
