He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Miller (Gibbs); his children, Vickie Foster (Tom), Tammy Leonard (Brent), Lisa Hootman (Scott) and Joseph James Miller (Gretchen); and his siblings, Harold Miller (Karyl) and Nancy Cox. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
