She was predeceased by: her parents, William Hayslip and Dorothy Hayslip; her children, Richard Shivers, Douglas Greene and Elizabeth Greene; and her siblings, Michael Whitmer, Marilyn Whitmer Hudson and William Hayslip (Billy).
She is survived by: her son Rob Shivers; her siblings, James Hayslip, David Hayslip and Sara Hayslip Ratliff; and her significant other Reed Carper. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 3 great grandchild.
