He was predeceased by: his great grandchild Scarlet Rose. He is survived by: his children, Brian Temple (Jennifer), Mindy Sadler and Brook Miller (Darrell); and his grandchildren, Andrea Pelfrey (Christopher), Samantha Bacon (Talon) and Taylor Miller.
