She was predeceased by: her husband Edgar Dean Lautzenheiser, Sr.; her parents, Frank Simon and Angela Simon; and her daughter Susan M. Sirbaugh. She is survived by: her children, Sandi Schlegel (Dan) of Washington Township and Dean Lautzenheiser (Danielle) of Lewis Center. She is also survived by grandchildren and six adored great-grandchildren.
