She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Phelps (Bud) and Louise Phelps (Smith); her husband Jack McNabb; her uncle Frank; and her aunt Virginia Mattox (Smith).
She is survived by: her daughter Hallie Kyle Addington (Jason); and her granddaughter Avery Kendall. She is also survived by numerous cousins, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
A graveside service was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Evergreen Cemetery (401 N Miami Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449).
