It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Thomas Powell of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on May 5, 2021, at the age of 51, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of David Thomas Powell to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his mother Joan Reed. He is survived by : his wife Melinda; his father Paul (Kaye); his children, Alyssa Powell and Hazen Powell; his uncle Pete (Susie); his siblings, Tammie, Stephen, Will (Jenneth) and Jeff (Maria); and his nieces and nephews, Grace, Faith, Brekken, Reid, Axel, Killian, Ila, Trevor, Jared, Gabe and Matthew.
