She was predeceased by: her husband Curtis Mullins; and her parents, Roy Croley and Fannie Croley. She is survived by: her sons, Ben Phillips and Brian Phillips; her grandson Little Ben; and her brothers, Gary Croley (Cindy) and Dan Croley.
A graveside service was held on Tuesday, October 27th 2026 at 1:00 PM at the New Bethel Cemetery (15252 Lebanon-Crittenden Rd, Verona, KY 41092).
