She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garvin and Doretta Garvin; her husband James Wagner; and her sister Janet Samuel. She is survived by: her daughters, Susan Basinger (Roger) and Jennifer Brown (Peter); her sister Johanna Meyer; her grandsons, Carl, Matthew, Nicholas, Jacob and Max; and her great grandchildren, Logan and Darcy.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Christ United Methodist Church (3440 Shroyer Rd, Kettering, OH 45429). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
