He was predeceased by: his parents, Margaret Roe (Winkle) and Ora Spencer. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer J. "Jenny" Spencer (Davis); his son Jay Spencer (Rebecca Anderson); his siblings, Jessie Ray Spencer (Lan), Woodford "Woody" Spencer (Wilma), Eva Diane Johnson (Clifford) and Shirley Mae Spencer; his grandchildren, Candence Rachel Manos, Bentley Alan Manos and Isla Renee Coggin; and his nieces, Tara Schafner and Carly Coggin. He is also survived by numerous other family members and many friends.
