He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Mouse and Lillian Mouse. He is survived by: his son Travis Mouse; his grandchildren, Josh, Abby and Grant Mouse; his sister Teri Sokol (Jerry); his nephew Chad Sokol (Stacey); Savanna.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Willow Creek Club House (1301 Lake Pointe Way, Centerville, OH 45459).
