He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Woodall and Freida Woodall (Sobieski); and his brothers, Donald and Tony Woodall. He is survived by: his wife Janet Woodall (Wendeln); his sisters-in-law, Pam Woodall and Tami Woodall; his children, Mike Woodall (Tee), Debbie Woodall-Carroll (Bob) and Patrick Woodall (Maryrose); his grandchildren, Meagan Myers (Matt), Austin Woodall, Zachary Scheid (Megan), Jacob Scheid (Kienna), Katrina Woodall, Gabriel Woodall and Andrianna Woodall; his stepgrandchildren, Jay Carroll (Maura) and Mary Wiedmann (Logann); and his great grandchildren, Vivienne Myers, Bennett Scheid and William Myers.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Hospice of Dayton and St. Francis of Assisi Roman Catholic Church.
