He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Swinger and Lucy Swinger; and his wife Barbara Swinger. He is survived by: his daughters, Cristie Teague (Gary) of Centerville and Cynthia Gevedon (Tim) of Maineville, Ohio.; his brother Douglas Swinger (Cathy) of Marshall, Missouri; and his grandchildren, David Hansbarger of Lakewood, Emily Hansbarger of Charleston, Olivia Ohringer (Jack) of Columbus and Jacob Gevedon of Cincinnati, Ohio.
