He was predeceased by: his wife Freda Sue; his parents, Kermit Evans and Marie Evans; and his siblings, Sonny, Dean, Jack, Kermit Evans, Anna Marie Kimbel and Sandra Evans.
He is survived by: his children, Jenny Dixon (Ronnie), Steve Evans (Lisa), James "Jay" Evans, Chris Evans (Holly) and Keith Harrah (Laurie). He is also survived by ten grandchildren; and several great-grandchildren.
