He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Chester Norton, Sr. and Victoria Elizabeth Norton; his sister Marilyn Elizabeth Meduri; and his sister-in-law Jan Marie Norton. He is survived by: his wife Connie Jean Norton; his children, Kenneth Chester Norton III and Claire Elizabeth Norton (Josh Steffan Huante); his brother Victor Kenneth Norton; and his grandson Tiago Gian Huante. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
