He is survived by: his daughters, Shana Johnson and Jillyn Cross (John); his grandchildren, Alex Johnson, Eric Lehman, Alana Slaven, Kasey Slaven and Charles Cross; and his great grandchildren, Lillyanna Lehman, Elizabeth Campbell, Brayden Campbell and Tobias Slaven.
