She was predeceased by: her parents, William H. and Mary E. Balthis; and her siblings, Mary Jane Schoonover, Johnny Balthis, Bill Balthis (Jeanie), Richard Balthis and Linda Jo Pate.

She is survived by: her husband Louis Caldwell; her daughters, Amy Reese (Tim) and Allison Vasseur (Brad); her grandchildren, Brandon Reese (Laura), Maggie Durham (Jace), Jordan Reese, Hannah Reese, Molly Outland (Robby) and Chloe Vasseur; her great grandchild William Walker Durham; and her sister Donna Church (Don). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
