She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Koshar (Krampac) and Anton Koshar; her grandparents, Blair, Maeve, Penelope, Emilia, Jameson, Ezra and Lola; and her siblings, Anthony, Rudy, Louis and Rose.
She is survived by: her children, John (Anna Marie), Fred, Mary Therese (Wayne Bader) and Jim (Kathy); her former husband John O'Connor; her grandchildren, Caitlin, Sean, Kevin, Megan, Ryan, Lauren, Savannah, Spencer, Laurie, Matt and Claire; her brother Robert Koshar (Theda); Oscar. She is also survived by many in-laws, nieces and nephews, and several dear friends.
