With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Patricia Reilly of Centerville, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 13, 2025 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Baskovic and Lillian Baskovic; her husband William Reilly; her stepfather Robert Weirauch; her brother Robert Baskovic; and her stepson Tim Reilly.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Colleen Reilly, Tom (Daphne), Brian and Pat Reilly (Paula); her stepdaughter-in-law Sue Reilly; her sister-in-law Joyce Baskovic; and her sibling's children, Wendy and Wes. She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home - Centerville (81 N Main St, Centerville, OH 45459). A memorial service was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Routsong Funeral Home (81 N Main St, Centerville, OH 45459). The inurnment was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1625 Calvary Ave, Kettering, OH 45409).
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Hospice of Dayton in Patricia's memory.
