Richard touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his wife Doris Eppard; and his siblings, Brenda and Jim. He is survived by: his children, Mark E. Eppard (Melissa), Thomas W. Eppard (Sarah) and Jeanette M. Roesner (Tom); and his grandchildren, Cory, Brian (Karli), Ashly (Josh), Alicia (Joe), Allison, Brandon, Molly (Nathan) and Emily. He is also survived by three great grandchildren.
