He was predeceased by: his son Matthew John Hamer; and the parents of child, Thomas and Thelma Hamer (Myers). He is survived by: his wife Gail; his daughter Stacey; his son-in-law Chad Gemin; and his grandchildren, Gavin, Andie and Reagan.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Routsong Funeral Home (2100 E Stroop Rd, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Church of the Incarnation (7415 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45459).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Tunnel to Towers Foundation or the Church of the Incarnation.
