She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank LaCroix and Alfreda LaCroix (Deslaurier); her husband James R Schindler Sr. (Jim); and her siblings, David LaCroix and Nancy Laviolette.
She is survived by: her sisters, Joyce Waskiewicz and Patricia Bachand; and her sons, Jay (Vicki), Dave (Kristin), Mike (Linda) and Mark (Sharon). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Fairhaven Church (637 E Whipp Rd, Centerville, OH 45459). A memorial service will be held on Friday, January 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
