He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Watts and Catherine Watts (Ochs); his sister Shirley Eason; his uncles, Chester and Roland Ochs; and his aunt Faye Clark.
He is survived by: his wife Judy Watts; his children, Douglas Watts (Michele) and Melissa Pharmer (Arthur); and his grandchildren, Nicholas, Joseph Watts, Emma and Morgan Pharmer.
