He is survived by: his children, Sharon Peloquin (Joe), Susan Eiselstein (Jack) and Dr. Stephen Adkins (Connie); his grandchildren, Michael Houts (Courtney), Bethany Eckard (Chad), Emily Meyers (Robert), Laura Leeman (Rick), Stephen Peloquin and Logan Adkins; his great grandchildren, Cana, Elin, Abram, Gwenyth, Jeb, Wells Eckard, Evelyn, Roman, Josephine, Phoebe Meyers, Shepherd, Rachel, Patrick and Titus; his stepgrandchild Ashley Herring (Jesse); his great grandchildren, Aubrey and Gabriel; his stepgrandchild Brooke Pollard (Paul); his great grandchild Joey; his siblings, Gerald Adkins, Lois H. Goad and Charles Y. Coy; his nieces and nephews, Cindy Matthews, Dr. Cherie Adkins, Erik Coy, Dustin Coy and David Goad; his friends, Roy and Alice Rice of Portsmouth, OH; and also, Beth Rice and Dr. Barbara Warnock.
Visitation was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Parkview Church of the Nazarene (4701 Far Hills Ave, Dayton, OH 45429). A funeral service was held on Monday, June 2nd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
