He was predeceased by: his parents, H. Russell Curtis and Evelyn Curtis. He is survived by: his sons, David T. Curtis and Daniel T. Curtis (Holly); his grandchildren, Taylor, Alexa, Noah and Luke; his great grandchild Brooks; his siblings, Susan Monaghan (Tim), Jack Curtis (Sandy) and Judy Foster; Angie.
