He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Ormsby and Irene Ormsby; his siblings, David Ormsby and Renee Stivers; and his niece Jessica Ormsby.
He is survived by: his sisters, Kimberly Gross of Centerville and Angie Daughtrey of Henderson; and his nephew Brian Thomas (Danielle). He is also survived by several other nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to charities that support those struggling with depression and addiction, causes close to the heart of honoring Travis's life and compassion.
