It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of William J. Brogan of Centerville, Ohio, who passed away on May 16, 2026, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Austin Brogan and Mary Brogan (Edmiston); and his sisters, Jane Brogan Timperman and Barbara Brogan. He is survived by: his wife Cicily Brogan (Barlow); his children, Bill Brogan, John Brogan (Stacey) and Molly Shapiro (Mike); his grandchildren, Jake, Austin, Audrey, Aidan, Griffin and Lauren; and his siblings, Judge James Brogan (Sheila), Patricia Samson (Paul) and Robert Brogan. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. Charles Borromeo Church (4500 Ackerman Blvd, Kettering, OH 45429). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 5th 2026 at 11:30 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton (https://www.ohioshospice.org) or St. Charles Borromeo Church.
