He was predeceased by: his parents, Vernon Hopkins and Lucille McKinney. He is survived by: his significant other Lynn; his children, Dianna of Washington Township, OH and Will Hopkins of Lithia Springs, GA; and his granddaughter Jillian. He is also survived by several brother and sister in-laws.
