He is survived by: his wife Caroline; his children, Carl Jr. (Victoria), Cary (Ann) and Jane; his grandchildren, Lindsay (Jonah), Brian (Candace), Marley (Max), Kelli (Patrick), Leigh (Pim), Erik, Tommy and Matthew (Katie); and his great grandchildren, Rhiannon, Finn, Callum and Maeve.
