She was predeceased by: her parents, Owen Clark and Lily Clark; and her siblings, Mary Roberton (William), Patricia Walker (David) and John Clark (Hazel).

She is survived by: her husband Rick; her children, Tracey Fenolio (late John) and Dale (Lea); her grandchildren, Christy Fenolio, Olivia Lifsey (Nathan) and Bronwyn Sheptak (Cody Gould); and her great grandchild Essie Jeanne Lifsey. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations to Eileen's favorite charity, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, would be appreciated.
