He was predeceased by : his son Eric Keith Johnson, Jr.. He is survived by : his wife Amy; his daughters, Emily, Abigail and Molly Johnson; his fathers, Philip T. Johnson of Waxhaw, NC and Eric K. Snider of Columbus, OH; and his siblings, Sherri Johnson, Lesley Johnson Kerry (Matt) and Philip T. Johnson III (Shannon). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
He was an active member in all of these organizations serving on various boards and making important contributions to each.
