He is survived by: his daughters, Brenda Modliszewski (Paul Azzolina), Madaline Avis (Chuck) and Stephanie Ewell (James); his grandchildren, Emily, Ben, Nick, Michael, Sophia Modliszewski, Aidyn Koshar, Shep Azzolina, Tori, Kyle Avis, Joey and SadieMae Ewell; his brother Louis Modliszewski (Darlene); Jodie Modliszewski (Chris Koshar).
